Diana oversees the operations and staff leadership of MedFocus. She has over 30 years of experience exclusively in medical billing, collections, and clinic administration.

Diana has a comprehensive knowledge of the revenue cycle and extensive expertise in denial management and prevention, payor policies, and collections strategies.

In collaboration with the team at MedFocus, Diana has continually streamlined and sharpened the billing and collections cycle, resulting in smooth, timely processes that include multiple audits, claim performance measures, and compliance checkpoints. Using multiple account metrics, she personally monitors the performance on every account, insisting on excellence at every level.

In her career, she has successfully managed the billing office for both large and small, multi-specialty and primary care practices.

Diana uses her first-hand knowledge of medical practices to enhance the processes at MedFocus and to design the training, tools and education we continually provide to clients.
